Our pricing is based on the number of rooms, bathrooms and living spaces in your residence, and your final cost will be calculated once you complete our inquiry form. Our transparent pricing is also inclusive of administrative costs, providing you with access to our dedicated customer support available seven days a week to assist with any inquiries. Additionally, our pricing covers insurance, offering peace of mind and ensuring the safety of our cleaners

Are you booking in with us for the first time or looking to have your home cleaned to a deeper level than a standard boutique service?

Simply notify our dedicated customer service team if you would like to have a full deep cleaning service in your home, or alternatively, if you would like to add a deep clean of your oven & rangehood to your existing service.

How do I pay for my service? 

We are fully transparent in our pricing, with quotes tailored to your home. Easy, seamless online payments with no hidden costs on the day. To confirm your booking, use the prepayment link sent to your email or pay electronically through invoice. Services must be paid for within 24 hours of receiving invoice to confirm your booking slot.


 What happens if my cleaner is unwell/can't make my booking at the last minute?

We will do our best to allocate a replacement cleaner so your service can continue as smoothly as possible. We will aim to notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my service?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the service or standard please follow our grievance procedure and get in contact with us as soon as you can so we can troubleshoot. 

 What if I want to add or remove extras from my service?

We can always accommodate extras provided we allow our cleaner enough time within the service timeframe. Please allow for 24 hours notice to ensure your extras can be accommodated.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my pre-paid appointment?

 Outside our cancellation policy you are free to cancel and reschedule your services as you wish. To ensure we allow notice for all our valued staff and to allow for our schedule to run smoothly, please aim to cancel/reschedule as soon as you can. Please refer to our cancellation policy if you need to cancel within 3 days of your service.
